This morning at 7, I will be LIVE and doing my morning physical routine, naked. 😁 You are welcome to join me. My routine will be the following:
10 push-ups,
30 minutes yoga practice,
1 minute twerk practice,
2 songs hula hooping, and
5-10 minutes on the roller
