Today I want to share with you my time at the gym! 🏋️♀️✨
🌅 The morning started with a warm-up - 15 minutes of cardio
🏋️♀️ Then I moved on to strength training. I worked on my legs and glutes - squats, lunges and leg presses. I can feel the muscles burning! 🔥
🥤 Not forgetting about hydration! It's important to water to keep yourself in shape. 💧
🧘♀️ I finish my workout with stretching - it helps to relax and prevent injury.
