

Working out and I have a complicated relationship. One day, I’m all about that "let’s go, beast mode!" energy… the next, I’m convincing myself that walking to the fridge counts as cardio. For me, it’s about moving in a way that feels good—whether it’s a long walk with Molly, stretching in the morning, or just dancing around my room like no one’s watching (except she totally is, and she judges me).I mean, who said staying in shape can’t be fun?
