It’s honestly a little strange to message me just to tell me it’s your birthday. Like, why would I care? Out of the thousands of fans I’ve had, maybe six have actually gotten me something for my birthday. So, no, I’m not giving out freebies just because it’s your special day.
But let’s say I did give you a free PPV or something—would you actually be subscribed and make sure to reciprocate? Probably not. But let’s assume you did, and we can just call it even.
Now, if we’ve built an actual connection, and it comes up in conversation naturally, sure, that’s different. Otherwise, don’t be messaging me about your birthday unless you’re planning on spending some of that birthday money on me.
