Added 2022-11-14 06:03:27 +0000 UTCI couldn't be prouder of myself! Long story short, I called to bitch out Spectrum when I got my most recent internet bill which had suddenly gone up $5/month. I got an angel on the phone and she reduced the price of my bill and she let me know about how I could save lots of money on my cell phone if I switched from AT&T, who was great, but now is the worst. They do the same thing… raise the price little by little until it's unaffordable… Plus my cell service in my apartment is horrible because I live in a "dead zone" and the cell booster they sent me about a year ago is sitting in its box because I couldn't get it connected and no one at AT&T would help me!! So I'm free at last - you are officially fired, AT&T! And saving $$$ which I really need. I've never ever had to change out a Sim card in my life and I did it all by myself. :) I had to get my phone unlocked, I had to get a special pin number, I had a lot of hoops to jump through to get this done and I am not that great at following instructions – L O L – and I'm not that great with new tech. But I did it, and I'm so relieved, I can't even tell you how happy I am!!!! #itsafrikkinmiracle xo
