Fun fact about me: did you know I love bugs? People think I’m radical and extreme. Even some of my fellow vegans can’t understand me. But that’s just how I am. I can’t even kill a mosquito. My soul is too gentle to dole out death sentences even to the smallest of creatures. If I accidentally squish an insect I feel really sad. I’ve had my unfortunate painful run ins with them. But even then, I never blame them. I got stung on the back of my head by a wasp? Well then I shouldn’t have exited my house through the side door and disturbed the wasp nest residing there. My legs and feet are covered in red ants biting the hell out of me? Well then I should have looked where I was walking and not stepped on the hill they worked so hard to build. Why must we take ownership of everything? In most cases the creatures were there first. And it’s their home. Call me crazy if you want, but that’s how I feel. I’m different, and that’s okay. There’s nothing wrong with being different. Don’t do what everyone else is doing just because everyone else is doing it. It’s good to question things. It’s good to take the trail less traveled 💚
