So yesterday was an unplanned day off and I just rested which I think is what my body was telling me it needs. I’ve been going too hard lately. I slept 10 hours last night and feel better today! It’s important to slow down when you need to. I hope you enjoy stretching your muscles with me. This felt so good, and I think it looks pretty good too! 😏 Y’all seem to really be enjoying my lives lately, so I am considering another one on Monday if I feel up to it.
