Hope everyone is doing well ! I've been dealing with a lot of downs last month. My therapist was extremely unhelpful and shit all over me, scammed me, and discharged me as her patient so I had to fight Betterhelp for my money back. Then my new one was equally unhelpful. And on top of all this, one of my irl friends took his own life right after the new years, and then I had to end things with three other friends who were only being my friend in hopes for sexual compensation. And then my semester started 🙄 so its been a lot of drama and grieving but I'm pushing through and I'm thankfull you all are here to support me through it ❤️
