I’m taking a private lesson today with a high Level coach it’s going to consist of a 40 min warm up and then 90 minutes of act refinement on my tiny Lyra apparatus perfecting my spin and moves! This is hard work I will likely be incredibly exhausted and ready for a steak by the end but it’s soo worth it when I see results in my performance can’t wait to share with you some content from this big training day
