

Getting the best night’s sleep is something that I’m always working on. I wish I could say that my head hits the pillow, and immediately I fall into deep deep sleep…. Well the truth is that, sometimes I struggle with it 🥲 Sometimes I struggle to get some things in my head out of it… just so much thoughts running through my head 🤦♀️🥹 I’ve been thing so many things tho! Like meditating has been my favorite. The best part is it gives me something to focus on… almost every time I do it, I fall asleep before the timer ends 💕☺️ I’m always trying to be better about sleep… So I’d love to hear your best tips ! 🥰
