Added 2023-09-16 13:00:21 +0000 UTCAfter going through Covid earlier this month, I really recommitted myself to recovering (& get back my lost muscle) and here I am at the gym in a different country ~ The big part of it is trying to get some better healthy habits and I’ve been following the “everything in moderation” rule as well for my diet ✨ I’m not a big athletic sports type person to begin with but there are many things I want to start incorporating into my daily habits like being on the treadmill. I think about how fortunate I am to have a strong healthy body and what a waste it is not to use it , you know? ☺️ I don’t really love running on the treadmill, but I also don’t hate it. When I just want to get a quick run in, I just put it at a 10 min mile pace and run for 30 min. I kind of enjoy it when there’s a television with the machine, I watch Netflix on it ☀️ How are you staying healthy? What’s your fav workout? Min want to know!
