lately, I’ve been feeling inspired to cook, and honestly, it’s been bringing me so much joy. yesterday, I made little toasts with omelet, cheese, avocado, and greens. simple but delicious. I’ve noticed that when I cook my own meals, I tend to enjoy them more mindfully than when I eat something store-bought. the other day, I made my version of “lazy onigiri”: rice, tuna, nori, cucumber, and soy sauce — all mixed together in one bowl. I’m not sure if this is a real recipe, but someone told me about it, and it’s been something I like to cook every time when I no idea about other dishes. super easy and tasty, and I often recommend it to friends.
