If you have sent a tipped message over a few days ago please send me another message saying "Tipped, waiting for an answer :)" Because messages do get lost. My replies also get lost in-between my mass messages - so double check if I have replied in the meantime! If it looks like I read your message but haven't answered - thats because my assistant reads the messages and then puts them in folders which have different priorities and urgencies! But if you haven't received a reply, I myself have not read it! Thousands of fans and messages and I am trying to systemise them and answer them as good as I can - but its still not perfect ;) Sorry that sometimes you have to wait a few weeks for a reply! One thing is sure, I 100% WILL reply!
