I’m now back .... and my first 10k run is 3rd July. It’s filthy and hard... wild running and swimming along a tough course ! This time round I’ve chosen the charity Mind ... I think you will all agree over time we have felt mentally fatigued and needed friends, family or counselling !!! Pls give what u can you can. The link will be in my bio x
