Guys loads of you have been so kind in reaching out to me and asking if I’m all alright. It really means a lot to me😊 Truth is I am, I’m just still stuck at my folks and will be until the end of March when the UK is coming out of lockdowns. I’m disappointed it’s taking that long but disappointment and frustration seem to be the way of the world atm and the end is in sight!! There are a few reasons that I haven’t posted much during this time at my home house but the main ones were really that I felt like I needed a mental break to focus on my family whilst I was here and also that I didn’t feel right in charging because I was out of a gym for so long. I felt like you guys subscribed on the basis of what was in my pics and I felt it wasn’t fair if my body wasn’t at that standard muscle wise. This was probably all just an unnecessary way to look at things but it was what it was and I think that the break was needed. It made me anxious knowing that I’d be away from the gym for so long but to be honest I think it’s been good for me. It’s been nice to exercise and eat purely for the enjoyment of those things as opposed to an aesthetic goal and I feel healthy and content even if so very booored. Don’t get me wrong I’m can’t wait to get back to a gym and start lifting again but it’s been nice to have a little reset and examine what I was doing and why so I can leave anything unhealthy about it behind.
Aaanyway, I don’t know why I’m rambling on like this... but I’ve posted the above video of how I am now; not been able to lift a weight in three months and head is the only place I’ve shaved in a while 😅 but either way, although it’s short I hope you enjoy it, just a video of me enjoying myself as quickly and as quietly as possible 😂 I’m gonna keep the sub free for now but don’t worry, there’s plenty more to come and I hope you all follow along as I get back to the gym again when they finally reopen early April 💪💪💪
