Quad flexing / bicep flex / landing strip / teasing and more Since being off cycle for a small period of time now and only 4 weeks to go till Iβm allowed to jump back on, Iβve definatly noticed a fair few changes! My strength is still there which is awesome! However Iβve lost a kilo which isnβt always a bad thing! What do you think? π€ I love how my leg separation is coming in and getting a little leaner !
