They were sent to me on Amazon from a gifter. This month I decided to write down all of the poses and that sequence, and then enhance that sequence to make an actual Yoga flow. I’ve got the pattern down, but need to practice remembering it. And I have to stop trying to do more than what the sequence asks of me just because I selfishly want to challenge myself. These sequences are supposed to be teachable (: I call it the Jeff Bezos flow because the original pattern comes from those Amazon flash cards.
