This video was meant to be filmed for you so I could guide you through my breathing exercises, but instead I prefer to use it to show you how much time and preparation it took me to enter a state of focus on my breath that morning. I had travelled the day before, the villa didn’t have water to shower, I was trying to figure how to use that place effectively given that it was small and the sun wasn’t really hitting me directly often,… …so my body is the reflection of my mind!
