My morning routine after yoga is protein shake. It’s a must for my nutrition, since it is impossible to eat the amount of protein we should (2gr per kg) through only food. I add collagen and creatine, fermented cacao, cinnamon and ginger powder! 👩🏼‍🍳 Also, I can’t take music out of my healthy daily routine either!
