

Hi, I know this is the third week in a row I've skipped Progress Pictures and I wanted to clue you in on what's up with that! The weekly photo shoot was a well-intentioned plan, but in practice, paying that much attention to my body was a little stressful for me. It increased my sense of body dysphoria and tendency to scrutinize and ruminate over every perceived flaw I could find. I'm fortunate in that I've never struggled with an eating disorder before, and I'm not interested in picking one up now. So to minimize the risk of further negative effects on my mental health, I'm dropping the frequency to every 2 weeks for the remainder of the workout program (I will post some tomorrow, today just got away from me). I appreciate you understanding that sometimes real life can get in the way of even the best laid plans, and I'm trying my hardest to find a happy compromise between my health and my drive to put out high-quality, interesting content for you. ❤️
