Progress pics!! I just finished Week 8 of my program (I'm not counting weeks where I don't do at least 75% of the workouts, so it's taking me about 1.5 times as long) and I'm feeling so good about sticking with it this long! When I started in November I weighed 114 lbs. I now weigh 126. My ultimate goal is 130 lbs of lean muscle, with a 18-20% body fat. Even though it's been kind of hard for me to get out of the mindset that being heavier = bad and actually eat enough to put on weight, I'm feeling better and healthier than I ever have before. :) 4 more weeks, let's see if I can do it!
