Candice is a character I created for portraying some of my favourite aesthetics, an alter ego, if you will. She is a 50s vintage gal, modulating between rebellious housewife and Hollywood glamour starlet 💅
When I am dressed as Candice, I am okay with being addressed with she/her pronouns.
Disclaimer: I do not endorse the traditional gender roles of the 1950s, they were very misogynistic and Bad, but I absolutely adore 50s aesthetics and fashion and I hope to portray some if my favourite looks with this alter ego. I am happy that people of all genders have the freedom explore this style now without having to adhere to the lifestyle that these women/afab people had to endure.
