At the beginning of quarentine I was a little overweight, hellllla stressed, kinda depressed and feeling shitty about aging...seeing signs of my first wrinkles and such. I was worried I would never be fit, super hot and happy, energetic and flirtatious again. *sad face* I could give up on life and sink deeper or i could turn this around. so in may 2020 I decided to start working out every morning. Ive stuck with it. I got back into daily yoga practice and started therapy in September. I got back into daily meditation in October. I started taking more risks at work. I started calling friends on the phone again in november and rebuilding commmunity. In january i started sharing online again. I'm really feeling happy, alive and excited again. It's not just one thing that fixes the problem or makes life awesome. It's not ONE thing. It's the entire system...all the little pieces each contributing to a smoothly functioning balanced sparkly whole. I'm so happy you're here and we can explore together what feels good.
