It strengthens core muscles, balancing spine, works 3 muscle groups at the same time (shoulders, hips and core). It improves balance and clears your mind because you gotta focus. O also like to clench my booty muscles to engage the glutes and lengthen the low back. Its wobbly and fun when you tip over haha laugh at yourself...that's something amazing about yoga. Lol ✌🍒
