I'm currently enrolled in a course to deepen my understanding of the chakra system. I've been exploring erotica its relationship to spiritual practice; the use of the body in marriage with the mind and spirit. The breath is such a beautiful traveler between these layers of the human. I think it beautiful to use all of the resources we've been provided on this journey to aid our investigation of life.
