(It was core day),. i recorded this video for you while I was waiting my turn to use the blender to make my protein shake (truly a highlight of my day). Today my shake was cherry & coconut flavor and my bikini was tropical pink :) simple perfection. I'm also celebrating more muscle definition in my abs this week and improved spine flexibility. Isn't it amazing witnessing our bodies changing?!
