It's more real and personal. If you like it I'll post more. If you prefer shorter or more polished edited videos let me know. Of course, I can give you a little bit of both...just checking in ;) --- in this video I had fun just being alone in my studio, rolling on the floor, stretching, watching myself in the camera to see how long and pretty I can make my legs look. Honestly, it's kind of terrific being in my body right now. I'm feeling healthy and beautiful. I love watching my body move and play. My shoulder strength has returned after two years of rehab (I hurt my shoulder on the stripper pole and made it worse while lifting). So I'm just thrilled to be able to move and hols myself up again. Anybody else celebrating body victories right now? We must cherish these moments when we feels good. We must remember them when we are going through the shit. So happy you're here. 🍍✌ Love, cha
