



Morning!! ;) time to move! -- first, I'm sitting like this for 5min, stretching my knees before my workout. I've been so sore each morning (mainly legs and feet) and I suspect it's the wood floors I'm walking on all day long. So before I get moving for the day, I've been sitting in gentle(ish) poses...this is gentle for me but intense for most...to warm up and loosen. Long holds (stretching for more than 1min) really help with tightness as we age...tightness that comes from tissues getting dried out....like literally the tissues of your body are drying out like a leaf...movement & stretching helps lubricate them. 😘🌻✌ love, cha
