These paintings just got shipped out to their new homes!! πΈβπΌπ» And there are more waiting for me to wrap up and carry to the post office! π I feel such a sense of relief to be selling my artβ¦finally! π Iβve played with paint my entire life. I painted for fun in college when I skipped class. I painted at my yoga retreat in Portugal β they trusted me to paint chakras on the wall of the studio and the ancient Sanskrit chant on the ceiling, and a mural in the kitchen. That was the first time I felt surprised and appreciated for my painting skill. β¨ I started painted again in 2017, in the garage, 30min a day when I was out there smoking a joint with my roommates. Just something to do with my hands while we stood out there. I used left over paint I found in the corner of the garage from the house renovation. I bought some paint in the βWoopsβ section at Home Depot. I bought a piece of canvas from the fabric storeβ¦I was so focused on photography back then that I figured I was painting backdrops for portraits. I had no idea where I would go from there. Suddenly, itβs 2022 and I have a giant painting studio and all of you guys following along. Iβm selling paintings (never thought Iβd be open to that β I wanted to keep paint and money separate because I was a serial entrepreneur and I didnβt need another business!) lol surprise surpriseβ¦. My soul wanted to keep painting. My soul agreed to let go and share my paintings. Thank you all for supporting me! βπΌπ
