This was my moment of glorious breakthrough — almost always these moments arrive in playfulness. I say this to you all the time I’m our yoga classes — keep practicing simple basic poses and gradually you body warms up and opens up and fun new poses are unlocked for you. Consistent yoga practice leads you to magical level up moments in which you discover new abilities in your body and your life. What should we can this pose? How about a throwing star… ninja star? My legs kinda look like blades! Lol The weapon is technically called a Shuriken … so translate that into a yoga pose name and we have = shurikenasana! lol
