The mermaid shoot was a divine way to begin the day — floating in tide pools with crabs, waves crashing under my body as I rolled in the sand, sharp rocks digging into my hips as I posed and quietly sang “look at this stuff, isn’t it near, wouldn’t you think my collections complete” and laughed at the camera in between sighs at the sky. I spent the rest of the day talking to family, eating lemon tart, exploring the night market and writing a song. Obviously, many more photos and videos from this day are on the way! I can’t wait to see the final mermaid photos!!! I have a little hope to use one for album cover art. 🧜🏼♀️🌈🦋✌🏼 Do you know any fun facts or legends about mermaids?
