I’m learning to relax in all sensations and focus on the beauty and delightful sensations, to wiggle and dance as I float through water and life. Laugh at the surface and take deep breaths. It’s absolutely lovely. Today I made it down to 15m easy peasy in both free immersion and constant weight. 💕 thank you for supporting me while I learn and grow! After this dive, I went to the cafe and produced music. I sent three new songs to the mastering engineer to get them ready for release on Spotify etc… and I play with the vocals on three new songs. The sound of my songs is evolving from Enya mermaid to a Florence and the machine Lana del Rey love chi1d 😄 I’m soooo excited to share all of this new art with you! You are helping make it possible!
