First one is jogging. Often I start my day with jogging, but of course, sometimes I’m too lazy to do it
Second one is healthy food. I’m teaching myself to eat right but there’s one main rule: 80% healthy 20% not
And third one is fitness and yoga. And it’s not only for a good shaped body, it’s also for a good mood 😜
