Often times we are considered “strong” in my case “strong woman” if only they know how much I dislike that term. We seem like we have it all together, we execute all tasks effortlessly, we don’t stop, we keep going because people look up to us, people who expect nothing less from us. We are in our heads alot, we are over thinkers, over achievers, we give and keep giving but we are empty, we feel things deeply but we also struggle, so when we relapse, when we fall, we hope that you know we are trying.
