Back in 2016.. these were the first tattoos my husband ever did, & my kids drew these. This was on a whim! We had friends over doing my sunflower tattoo & my husband has mentioned before wanting to try tattooing, so our friend let him try with his equipment and I was more than willing to let my husband put his ink in me 😏
So I had my kids draw a sun & a hot air balloon! The sun is so important to me, I love the heat & when it’s bright outside. It makes me so happy. My mom also loved the sun & she always said it could heal you & bring you happiness!
The hot air balloon is important to me because they were one of my mom’s favorite things. You could guarantee she would be at the hot air balloon festival in Colorado every year.
I really miss her. My kids added a nervous smile to the sunshine right before my husband did it & I had him leave it because well kids & memories & I was a little nervous 🫠
We ended up getting him his own equipment & he did some more I’ll show you another Tuesday 💋
