I refuse to go to med spas to have my fat melted removed injected surgery, I would rather work out...as I stated before due to my planters fasciitis early in 2019, March April I got one steroid shot on my left foot which caused me to gain 27 pounds, completely devastated and still am.... For most of 2019 I did not recognize my body and felt so uncomfortable..clothed or naked
Guys I’m 44 years old I’ve never had to feel shameful about my body until this disgusting chemical entered my body... Advice to everyone out there be careful please be careful and check facts
If anyone wants to make me feel better helping me out with my wardrobe would be very very kind
