I film on a professional camera, 4K quality & edit with professional software! I do this all myself and make sure your video is perfect from the moment we discuss it to the moment you receive it! If there’s ever any errors with the custom I refilm before it’s delivered to you at no extra cost of course! I don’t send a video until it’s absolutely perfect! The turnaround for customs depends on when you order it to my filming day that week - it could be 1 day, it could be 6 days but unless I’m super busy (I will let you know!) it’s never longer than a weeks wait!
