Let's talk about emotions?
We feel emotions because we are human. We evaluate whether these emotions are pleasant or unpleasant.
We accept the positive: joy, inspiration, love, but we do not want to feel anger, apathy, fear, shame. This is normal. But negative emotions must also be accepted while living them. So we tame them and they become more malleable. That is, each time they arise with less intensity. Because as long as we do not accept them, they will continue to come (in certain identical situations) - this is how the body speaks to us, wants to point to something
And as long as we act on these negative emotions, we will not solve our issues/problems, but act "on emotions", wind ourselves up, or hide, or binge, or immerse ourselves in the phone or shopping or procrastinate And then we are dissatisfied with such patterns, with our life, with others, etc. And again we do not want to feel these emotions - that is, we go in a circle
