Okay so today involved me bursting into tears at the end of this session as I’m honestly so PROUD of how far I’ve come with pole ❤️ Today includes me shoulder mounting on my weak side which isn’t something I’ve tried before and this super strengthy combo. I do completely collapse at the end 😂 Also a super good aerial invert that I was proud of ❤️ Honestly just feel incredible after today ❤️
