Had a little unexpected time to myself, which, of course meant I needed to pig out. 🐷 So I quickly whipped up a couple shakes, grabbed a bag of donuts, and got to work! I made sure to consume as many calories as I could with the time I had.
I’d say it was a success.. but you’ll just have to watch for yourself and see. 😜
