

I've been pondering whether it's better to work out at home or at the gym🤔 Working out at home is comfortable and allows you to work out at any time without distractions, plus it saves money. But in the gym there is a special atmosphere that motivates, and the variety of equipment allows you to try something new and get advice from the trainer😉
