Rested yesterday, felt so nice and was much needed. So important to give yourself permission to leave the clothes unfolded, the dishwasher unloaded, the cat puke on the floor and let yourself rest when you need it. I watched anime in bed all day feeling so weak but woke up today with SO MUCH ENERGY! Got everything I needed done and the house clean. 🙌🏻 Shooting some extra extra special content this week.
