My favorite is dried lavender flowers for its multitude of benefits and uses. The flowers contain vitamins, antioxidants and cleansing properties which improve skin health. They have a strong floral scent that is relaxing and calming and is perfect to make sachets, floral bath water or in a soap recipe to add exfoliation!! 💜🙃💜
