It's not making you happier. It's not making you the kind of friends that will stick around. It's not making you any healthier. It's not making your life any easier I promise. Do yourself a favor and just pick a bad habit/addiction and make it a goal to do better than yesterday. Soon yesterday will be 730 days worth of yesterday's! Now go get some water!
