The renewal rewards video is sent out to subscribers that leave auto-renew on and allow their subscription to renew at the regular rate one month after the initial sign up. So all the people that got the August renewal rewards video actually joined in July and auto-renewed in August. Everyone that joined in August will receive a renewal rewards video in September. I’m going to try and get it out much quicker this month and perhaps send it out weekly instead of trying to do a months worth at a time. I hope this all makes sense. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
