I’m just getting x’s on videos and ?’s on pics. After several hours or even next day’s I’m able to open them. Just wanted to let you know that I am trying to see them, but I’m also falling way behind on messages due to me having to go back into them multiple times to try and open the media. Thanks for being patient with me.
