Sadly… no sweating doesn’t equal fat loss but to clear that up… Fat loss comes down to consistent effort, of course having proper nutrition, and strength training. Sweating is your body’s way of cooling down. not necessarily an indicator of fat burning or calorie burning. Fat loss occurs when you create a calorie deficit which depends on how activity you are, your diet, and metabolism, not just how much you sweat. 😅
