

This year I think it’s super important to discuss my new years fitness goals because fun fact: Writing down your goals actually makes you 42% more likely to achieve them!!! ✍🏼😍
1) Set more personal goals in the gym
2) Attempting a new skill to master
3) Fueling my body a lot better (more regular meals as someone who forgets and more rest and recovery time!)
4) better cardio endurance
5) Aiming to increase my strength 🏋🏻♀️
