Added 2020-07-16 06:22:19 +0000 UTCI really love playing around with costumes and makeup and bringing out these different characters 💃 People often tell me that they are amazed at how versatile I am, how many different looks I can have. Sometimes I'm this super strong person and other times I'm silly, or peaceful or reverent. I feel I'm able to bring out all these different characters, because to some extent they're all part of me. I recognize them in myself and can easily step into that mindset and atmosphere. It's a great practice for myself and actually teaches me so much about myself. Because often you have to be really open and honest and bring out something that's real, because otherwise the image won't very powerful. And then adding on a costume to that, only makes it more powerful. You cannot let yourself or the character be represented merely by the costume or the makeup and maybe have to put more effort even to still bring the presence so that it is the character wearing the clothes, not you wearing a costume... It's all very fascinating for me to think about and play with...
