Cameras didn't have image stabilization at the time. This is handheld striptease footage from almost 20 years ago. Looks pretty crisp in the polished new UHD version. Didn't do any motion smoothing (because the original is just too small, stabilization really only works when the source is already HD) but overall the remaster is eye candy compared to the SD file. Keep in mind the scene was shot on TAPE, MiniDV if you even remember that format. 📹😅
